Hotel request for a stay beyond what MIVCA already provides, please explain the reason/purpose for the request:

Hotel stays beyond what MIVCA provides need to be requested of the travel committee/treasurer a minimum of 4 weeks in advance, with the exception of extended stays for occasions that MIVCA already has booked rooms for an event (clinic/Reaching Higher). "Extra" hotel reservations will be made by the treasurer and your input for a specific hotel is welcomed but not guaranteed.
