This Association is organized exclusively for education purposes: to promote high school interscholastic volleyball; to provide a forum of discussion of techniques and rules of volleyball; to improve the quality and quantity of media coverage high school volleyball; also to promote and develop volleyball at all levels in Michigan.

to serve and support Michigan interscholastic volleyball coaches by promoting growth and enhancing impact on student-athletes.

Educate: Provide coaches with resources and knowledge to promote their professional growth.

Recognize: Acknowledge significant achievements and contributions of individuals and teams within the volleyball community.

Support: Build strong connections through resources and mentorship.

The Executive Board is comprised of both elected and appointed members that volunteer their time to serve the collective membership. The Board meets 4 or 5 times per year to discuss business and organize events. Each member of the Board is assigned a specific task or duty to carry out during the year. The board encourages its members to contact them with any concerns, ideas or questions so that they may be addressed.
